Sonya Reddix took over the cafe on Main Street in Winchester KY, and renamed it after her daughter Maddie. Before Maddie's the cafe was a very popular establishment in the Winchester KY area that people felt was part of the community. She acknowledged the cliental that the cafe already had and decided to build off of that. Maddie's Cafe kept the original recipes and dishes to make the transition easier for former customers. The new cafe also is adding some new ideas to the business that is ensured to be loved by all.
