Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team and grow our software products. This position requires a strong communicator with 1+ years experience in Customer Service who will serve customers by providing and resolving product and service information.

Some duties of this position include:
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions;   suggesting information about other products and services.
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's feedback;   selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting   correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Provides timely and accurate sales forecasts and activity reports
• Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer   information.

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service.
• Worked in a restaurant before (a plus).
• Knowledge of commonly-used internet and computer concepts.
• Strong professional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to utilize effective selling skills.
• Desire to learn and find ways to improve the company

Technical Support Associate

This opportunity on our help desk entails providing basic technical support to clients via the phone, email and remote tools. Issues that you will be required to troubleshoot includes software configurations, online menu setups, and troubleshooting and diagnosing software problems.

Some duties of this position include:
• Provides 1st level support resolution for clients' application issues.
• Performs software installs and configuration changes on multi-platform   applications.
• Performs general IT related maintenance tasks.
• Escalates unresolved incidents to a higher level of support. This includes   service that exceeds response times or any other issues that could impact   customer satisfaction and/or business productivity.
• Maintains a thorough working knowledge of the day-to-day operating   environment, available tools, client applications and procedures related to   client services.

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in technical support.
• Worked in a restaurant before (a plus).
• Working knowledge of HTML, SQL, XML, and Java Script (basic programming   skills a plus)
• High degree of analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Strong professional written and oral communication skills.
• Desire to learn and find ways to improve the company

Administrative Assistant

This position will provide general administrative support to our team members. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: produce general correspondence; handle low-level support issues, and assist with projects as assigned.

Some duties of this position include:
• Provides assistance with workflow by providing clerical support, data entry,   and low-level technical support.
• Updates and maintains databases, systems applications or files to ensure   accurate and current information is available for use by others.
• Handles correspondence, telephone calls, emails or personal requests and   resolves to completion, or directs to responsible departments.

Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
• Worked in a restaurant before (a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of commonly-used internet and computer concepts.
• Professional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage mutiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a change.
